Elizabethtown is one of many towns in eastern North Carolina affected by Hurricane Florence.  At one point, Elizabethtown had received the most rain of any area, over 35 inches.  Recently reported there was approximately $24 billion in damages due to this hurricane with numerous lives lost.  Many needs still exist...
